We finish off the musical journey with a relaxation exercise. This allows the children to calm down and also integrate their new knowledge. It is an opportunity to restore calm to the body and mind while learning to let go.

We ask the children to bring conscious awareness to different parts of the body by making slow symmetrical movements before lying down on their backs.

The repetition of simple syllables at the end of each musical phrase facilitates their singing.
