Sleep Like This
We ask the children to lie down on their back and consciously relax their body. The relaxation provides them with a well-earned break and also promotes the integration of all the concepts they have learned.
Before lying down we perform gentle symmetrical movements with different parts of the body.
During the relaxation we help the children to improve their posture (ex. lie on your back, extend your legs) in order to maximize the benefits of this activity
