With their hands, the children sing while rhythmically tapping their fingers to represent the number of raindrops falling from the sky. They will explore numbers with their fingers and finish by tapping loudly on the floor to mimic heavy rain. In this activity, children will experiment with different durations of notes and variable rhythmic figures. This activity can also be performed using instruments and sushi sticks.
